Gold to US-67, magenta to Nopal Road. Drawn over the curved Earth with normal refraction, which switches on with them.

Heights: USGS 3DEP 1 m lidar (2018) averaged to 20 m, and the USGS 1/3 arc-second DEM where there is no lidar; the two agree to about 1 m. Shading, colour and creeks are computed from those heights. The creeks are where water would run, not official stream lines, and most are dry most of the year. Towers are scaled with the terrain. Roads: TxDOT; towers: FCC; rail: FRA. Method: terrain3d.py. For the line-of-sight model itself, see the Map.
